I am a community development practitioner and social practice photographer with more than two decades of experience across health and wellbeing, participatory arts, and place-based community development. Relational engagement underpins my practice. I identify social and wellbeing needs, build partnerships, and work collaboratively across community, government, and service sector stakeholders to design and deliver programs that are responsive, inclusive, and grounded in local context.
Sometimes words are not enough. I created this portfolio because a job application cannot hold the breadth of this work. Images bring to life the people, the places, and the impact in ways that copy alone cannot. Community development principles tell us that lasting change is built slowly, collaboratively, and from within. Local government is where that sustained work becomes possible, and what a Master of Social Work is equipping me to do with greater intention and impact.
